The evolution of our brewery is a unique story that is best shared around a campfire with a cold pint. But here are the cliff notes: I am Del and we are the "Scruggs." Our name means, "thin scraggly person who dwells under bushes." So here we are dwelling deep in the woods of our beloved Tennessee playing host to amazing people from all over the world. Most of these guest, like ourselves, love a nice cold pint of homebrew. I rediscovered my love of homebrewing and began creating homegrown beer made simply for our family, friends, and guests. My beer hit the spot and the demand for it became more than I could accommodate with my small homebrew system.
