About
Winnicki Brewing Company is a local craft brewery located off NW Expressway and Rockwell in Northwest Oklahoma City. We’re currently brewing on a 1 barrel system with a capacity of 10-12 barrels a month and focusing on creating unique recipes and fresh brews. We opened our taproom, the Winnicki Draft Lounge, in September of 2022 and are open Wednesday through Sunday. Our main line up of American Sweet Wheat, Pineapple Ale, Diesel Stout and Happy Trails Amber Ale are available year-round and we offer 5 additional rotating taps that can only be found in the taproom!
