Pilot Project Brewing is a brewery incubator and restaurant located in the Brewery District of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We have beer, food and brewery tours on the weekends. We serve sunday brunch with a full bloody mary bar, bottomless mimosas and espresso martinis. Pilot Project serves as a hub for innovation and experimentation across the brewing industry.
