Established in June 2012 Propolis Brewing specializes in unique small batch handcrafted ales utilizing the native, local & wild botanicals that flourish in our region. Create your own flight of 6oz pours and explore our award winning saisons, fruited & barrel aged wild sours, unique rotating cask ale & a delicious and popular line of freshly canned Botanical Pale Ales, stouts & Porters. *We offer snacks, local cider, wine & non-alcoholic drink options. (Outside food & well behaved “on-leash” dogs are welcome outside in our botanical garden.)
