Bottle Bay Brewing Co. is the Spokane South Hill's original brewery & taproom. We offer craft beer meticulously designed & brewed onsite by owner & brewmaster Marco Plastino. Marco completed the UC Davis Master Brewers Program, an "internationally recognized standard of achievement and professional qualification for brewers". The BBBCo has a long family history in the Pacific Northwest and it's those roots that inspire everything we do. The multi-generational history and the lores and legends of the Northwest from Whidbey Island to Spokane & and Bottle Bay at Lake Pend Oreille are featured in every thing from our decor to our tap handles. #hopfire #wheresyourbay
