We are reopening Friday January 19, 2024, see you then! Strubel Brewing Company is a one barrel production brewery located at the historic St. Charles building in the heart of Pierre, South Dakota. In addition to producing many Ales ranging from light to dark, Strubel Brewing Company also has all the ingredients you need to make your own wine, beer, or cider. Visit the tap room to experience on or off sale South Dakota Craft Beer and Farm Wines, locally cured meats, locally roasted coffee, and many South Dakota made delights.
