Opened in 2015, Grist Iron Brewing Co. is an independently owned craft brewery based in Burdett, NY, overlooking Seneca Lake in the heart of the Finger Lakes region. We love craft beer and want to share that love with the world, so we produce a variety of beers from lagers to sours to IPAs to stouts so every person through our door can find something in the craft beer realm that they like to drink. We also believe that beer is best when paired with some bangin' food, so we offer a menu of fresh, seasonal pub-style chews to pair with our tap lineup, including house-smoked BBQ dishes. Open year-round, we offer live music every weekend, special events throughout the year, amazing sunset views, and onsite beer-centric dog-friendly lodging.
