Icebox Brewing Company is a locally owned brewery that makes all of our craft beer in Las Cruces, NM. The vision for adding new taprooms is while you still get the same great craft beer and spirits, each location has it's own unique personality. The Hatch Valley Taproom located in Hatch, NM, in the heart of this quaint village, is an experience you won't forget! The Hatch Valley Taproom offers live music, game nights and events!
