Established in 1896, the Capitol Bar & Brewery has long been an anchor on the historic Socorro Plaza. Brewing in house since May 2021. We're a spot for all- locals, NMT students, those passing through, or anyone looking to enjoy a tasty, local brew. We also offer a small food menu of made to order panini style sandwiches and pizzas & a coffee bar. Whether you want to enjoy our beautiful outdoor patio area that is dog and family friendly or the historic, dive-y bar top to belly up at, the Capitol Bar & Brewery is a spot you don't want to miss!
