We are a local Craft Kombucha producer in historic downtown Brainerd, MN. We have a full Brewery and non alcoholic taproom with 14 taps for your thirsty palate! We offer 10 Kombucha flavors on tap as well as several non kombucha items. Homemade Root Beer, Ginger Beer made from scratch, Switchel (Haymakers Punch)and Sima (lightly fermented lemonade) top our non kombucha offerings. We also hold several special events throughout the year. This includes live music in our music venue, The James Cullen Room, Trivia, Open Mic nights just to name a few. You can also find us out and about with our "Booch Bus"! We hit several events and farmers markets with this food truck style serving vehicle. Stop in and check us out!
