An independent, family owned brewery specializing in American inspired ales using unique ingredients and new hop varieties. Brant Austin, co-owner and brewer, graduated from the Siebel Institute and lived abroad in Germany for Brew Master School. Brant brewed for Ballast Point of San Diego and Mother Earth Brew Co. of Vista CA. At the brewery you will find a full service pub where the food is as popular as the beer. Executive Chef Michael Timmins prepares unique dishes not normally expected to be served at a brewery. Michigan sourced ingredients are featured in his seasonal Menus specializing in Eclectic Fusion dishes.
