Located next to our Bloomington Brewpub, the Wood Shop is the state-of-the-art production facility and adult only tasting room where our sour ales are brewed, wood aged, and packaged. Inspired by the places where craftsmen create and tinker, The Wood Shop offers the ideal setting for our brewers to explore with new flavors, blends, and unique local ingredients. Whether you’re a sour beer lover or ready to be converted, take a brewery tour like no other to learn how these blended works of art are made and sample some of our 10 sour ales on tap. Many of these unique beers can’t be found anywhere else.
