When we got this whole ball rolling, we believed there was a better way. Giant mega-breweries only care about saving a buck, so they brew cheap, flavorless beer and tell you it's good because the can turns blue when it's cold. WTF?! No, there's a better way and it involves searching out forgotten beer styles and experimenting with non-traditional ingredients. At its core, it's about navigating the road less traveled. It's about constantly searching for what might be around the next bend. So that’s what we do. We take classic styles and imbue them with an experimental edge. Some of our beers are a little goofy.
