Settle Down Beer offers a variety of craft beer, from lagers to aged stouts, pale ales to triple IPAs, making sure everyone has something they’ll enjoy when they settle down at the Downtown Gilroy taproom. Owned and operated by brothers-in-law Robert Anderson and Giovanni Albanese Jr., home brewers of 13-plus years who took the plunge to commercial brewing to bring their unique concoctions to the public. SDB provides a cozy atmosphere and welcoming vibe to make you want to Settle Down for a while and hang out with some great beer and friends.
